Super friendly staff! Reviewed June 2018 My Mum, my twelve year old brother and I went on the Sand Dunes Quad bike Tour and had an awesome day. I mainly went for my brother. But I left wanting a quad bike myself! The staff were very helpful and explained things very clearly, neither my Mum, brother or I had driven a Quad bike before and thanks to their helpful instructions we knew what to do. I'd recommend this bike tour for any one who enjoys trying something different, and who likes taking photos, the place is very scenic.
Just do it! Reviewed June 2018 Only 4 in our group today. Instructions thorough and simple. Kitted out with hair net, helmets and quad bike! Amazing fun and the hills were not at all scary as instruction was so good. Stopped half way atop the dunes and watched the whales for some time which was an added bonus. You might want to bring gloves if you feel the cold. Don't hesitate just zoom!
Safe and fun - Reviewed 12th May 2018 We did the child's version. It was very safe and lots of fun. My 9 year old son was a bit nervous to go on his own quad bike, but he got the hang of it straight away and we didn't go down very big dunes, but big enough to still feel like it was a thrill. The guide, Jimmy, was excellent.
Best quad biking adventure - Reviewed 28th April 2018 Went there with my cousin and it was the best. the whole experience was amazing. the guides were friendly and very in control of the whole show. will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try out. We were put into a group who could ride the quad bikes a bit faster than the rest of the people and we just loved it. must visit.
Great experience for adults and kids - Reviewed 3 April 2018 We took the kids tour with quad biking and sand boarding and were lucky that it was only the 4 of us taking the tour on that day. My 7 year old drove his own quad bike, which was really fantastic to see him enjoy. Even my 5 year old enjoyed sitting behind me. The sand dunes are really a special site and the team behind this were really kind and helped make this a great experience. I definitely recommend trying this.
Sand Dune Adventures! - Reviewed 23 March 2018 Sand, rain and quad bikes equal awesome! We were in a group of ride four (two guys and two girls). We were hesitant at first as it was bucketing but that added to fun like you wouldn’t believe. The quad bikes were sufficient in power handling the wet sand no problems. The tour guides were great as we did the 1.5 hour tour getting to learn a little about the land, the people and the heritage. The sand boarding was great fun too. Would recommend to anyone wanting to quad when in Nelson’s Bay.
